Republican debates
In Celebration of George Lichter's Birthday today, and all of those discussions at the dining room table we have to remember to look at the other side of the issue to keep our arguements strong.
That doesn't mean you need to torture yourself and watch the debate, just continue to be informed.
Democrats.org has a post called "In-Depth GOP Candidate Report" that's worth checking out...

Where is 3rd Seder?
At our Seder this year the youngest child had already been bar mitvah so when the afikomen negotiations took place there was a discussion of what charity to donate money to. The idea of the play pumps in Africa was discussed. Yes, I know there are endless worthy causes that we all know are important, and maybe someone will be motivated to share some ideas here about another worthy cause, but in the mean time here is something to look at. http://www.playpumps.org. It looks like this is an amazing project.
I think that other worthy causes should be posted also.
Who is having 3rd seder??

What a long strange trip it will be.

Okay, so some people are looking.
We are looking at Colorado, New Mexico, Wisconsin, Georgia, WVA (We could by the house in the woods in WVA as a time share), DC for fireworks, I think Virginia Beach must be in there somewhere, NYC, sounds like RRHOF is not in the running, California, various sites...
I think that there will be more places to go and now you can all upload pictures and sites that you want to share.
Hello Family
I have added everyone, I think, that is on the email trail, which means you and all add postings etc. to this blog. That is assuming that I was geeky enough today to set this up properly. If I didn't set it up write I know someone out there will be glad to correct me.
I don't for a second think that this should preclude the email trails that gives a good reason to open the email-box.
I started this in an effort to keep our lines of communication open again and inclusive for all.
Now it is your turn to make comments.
With love, Leslie
